The Craft: Slow-Melt, Slow-Made

Every batch starts in a heavy double-boiler pot, where the solid oils take their time. No microwaving. No shortcuts.

Beeswax melts first, slowly and gently, holding its strength up to higher heat without scorching. Once it loosens into a golden liquid, tallow and shea butter follow — each added when the temperature is just right to protect their natural benefits.

When the mixture cools to a safe, low heat, the avocado oil, arrowroot powder slurry, and vitamin E are blended in. These ingredients can be fussy if overheated, so keeping the melt slow and steady ensures every property stays intact.
